  • Fusion Labs Digital reserves the right to pause or terminate services due to non-payment.
  • Refunds are issued only if specified in the service agreement or required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to our business or users.

8. Changes to Terms

Fusion Labs Digital may update these Terms and Services at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
